To support this free access ecosystem, the costs of peer review management, editorial coordination, digital archiving (LOCKSS), and server maintenance are covered by a one-time Article Processing Charge (APC).
There are absolutely no charges for submitting a manuscript for review.
If your paper is not accepted, you pay nothing. No hidden evaluation fees.

DOI Registration fees (paid to CrossRef), Metadata submission (XML), and SEO.
Licensing costs for premium detection software (Turnitin / iThenticate / DrillBit).
Author communication, E-Certification generation, and Banking transaction taxes.

Knowledge has no limits. No extra charge for Long Papers or appendices.
Visuals matter. Unlimited Color Images are allowed at no extra cost.
Collaboration is key. Up to 5 Authors are included in the standard APC.

Authors from UN-classified "Low-Income Countries" may be eligible for a Partial Waiver (up to 50%).
Once the APC is paid and the DOI is assigned, No Refunds will be issued.
