(International Open Access, Peer-reviewed, Refereed Journal)
The UnivColl International Multidisciplinary Research Journal (UIMRJ) upholds the highest standards of academic integrity. We rigorously adhere to the Core Practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Ethical publishing is a Shared Responsibility. To maintain the Integrity of the Scholarly Record, we have defined clear obligations for all stakeholders:
To ensure compliance with UGC-CARE & Scopus standards, authors must adhere to the following strict guidelines:
Authors must ensure their work is entirely original. UIMRJ rejects manuscripts with >10% Similarity.
All authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships (e.g., funding, employment) that could influence the research findings.
Led by Chief Editor Prof. Dr. Neeraj Rathore, the Editorial Board ensures the sanctity of the review process.
Manuscripts are evaluated strictly on Intellectual Merit (importance, validity, clarity). We disregard the author's race, gender, religious belief, or institutional affiliation.
No information about a submitted manuscript is disclosed to anyone other than the Corresponding Author, Reviewers, and the Publisher.
Decisions are based solely on the Peer Review Report. They are never influenced by the Publisher (UnivColl Publications) or commercial interests.
Reviewers assist the editor in making editorial decisions and help the author improve the manuscript through Constructive Feedback.
Reviews must be supported by clear arguments. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate and unprofessional.
Manuscripts received for review are Privileged Documents. They must not be shared, discussed, or cited before publication.
Reviewers must notify the Editor immediately if they cannot complete the review on time or have a Conflict of Interest.
Research involving living subjects must comply with international ethical standards.
Research involving humans must comply with the Declaration of Helsinki.
Appropriate international/national guidelines for the Care and Use of Animals must be followed.
Maintaining the integrity of the scientific record through transparent correction mechanisms.
Issued when an author discovers a significant error (e.g., in a figure or equation) that does not invalidate the study's conclusion.
Published when there is inconclusive evidence of misconduct, or if an investigation into the paper is still in progress.
The article is formally removed (with a watermark) in cases of Data Fabrication, Plagiarism, or unethical research.
