Peer review is the lifeblood of the UnivColl International Multidisciplinary Research Journal (UIMRJ). We rely on the intellectual rigor, objectivity, and fair judgment of our reviewers to maintain the high scientific standard of the journal.

Reviewer Qualifications

To ensure high-quality indexing in Google Scholar and UGC-CARE, reviewers must meet at least one of the following criteria:

Doctoral Degree

Hold a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in the relevant research field.

Subject Expert (SME)

Be a recognized researcher with a strong Track Record of Publications.

Academic Affiliation

Associated with a recognized University or Research Institution.

You declare no financial, institutional, or personal connection with the author or the research topic that could influence your judgment.

Strict Confidentiality

The manuscript is a Privileged Document. You will not share, discuss, or cite its data before publication.

Timeliness & Commitment

You agree to complete the review within 2-3 Weeks. If a delay is unavoidable, you must notify the Editor immediately.

The Evaluation Matrix

Reviewers are requested to assess manuscripts based on this 6-Point Quality Framework. (Click to Expand)

  • Does the paper address a significant problem or research gap?
  • Is the novelty of the study clearly identified?
  • Regional/Hindi Papers: Does the study provide valuable insights into the local context or Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS)?
  • Is the research design (Qualitative/Quantitative) appropriate?
  • Are data collection methods transparent & reproducible?
  • Is the statistical analysis accurate and error-free?
  • Title: Is it concise, descriptive, and error-free?
  • Abstract: Does it cover objective, method, results, and conclusion?
  • Keywords: Are they optimized for SEO & Discovery?
  • Note: For non-English papers, ensure the English Title & Abstract are grammatically correct for indexing bots.
  • Plagiarism: Is the content original? (UIMRJ has Zero Tolerance for >10% similarity).
  • Citations: Are primary sources cited correctly? Are key references missing?
  • Is the argument logical and easy to follow?
  • Are tables, figures, and graphs clear and necessary?
  • Language Policy: Focus on scientific content. Do not reject solely for minor grammar errors unless they hinder understanding.
  • Are the conclusions fully supported by the data presented?
  • Does the author acknowledge the limitations of the study?

Decision Categories

Please submit your report with one of the following Clear Recommendations:

Accept

The manuscript is scientifically sound, original, and requires no further changes.

Minor Revisions

Requires small corrections (formatting, language clarity, missing citations) before publication.

Major Revisions

Significant flaws in methodology or analysis. Requires substantial rework and a second round of review.

Reject

The paper lacks novelty, has serious ethical issues (Plagiarism), or is scientifically unsound.
